Cash refunds in-store will be issued immediately, or a receipt-validated credit can be applied to your next purchase. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to limit refunds to the amount paid, excluding delivery charges where applicable.

Damaged or incorrect items

We understand how disappointing it is to receive an incorrect or damaged item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description. Delivery issues
